Experience:
Andrea
E. Sullivan, M.A., is an accomplished trainer, manager, and coach
with over 20 years experience designing and facilitating workshops
to produce organizational and personal growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology
from Vermont College, with an emphasis on Training and Development
and in-depth interdisciplinary research on the evolution of human
consciousness. Her
unique combination of lifelong practical work with people along
with extensive scientific research has given her a deep
appreciation of how people work, and a desire to bring the new
paradigms of science into a useable form for leaders and learning
professionals.
Ms.
Sullivan’s extensive leadership and management experience was
gained through establishing and directing two regional branches of an international personal growth
organization. In this
capacity, she was proficient in recruiting, training and retaining
staff; as well as in the marketing, production, and facilitation
of a wide variety of seminars.
Ms. Sullivan relates well with all kinds of people, and
enjoys sharing her personal expertise in ways that assist others
in gaining competencies. She can quickly and accurately assess an organization’s
needs and custom design learning programs that effectively improve
both performance and morale.
Ms. Sullivan is known for her ability to create thriving
business communities and high-performing organizational cultures
that emphasize commitment to results, personal and team
productivity, excellent human relations, and ongoing growth and
learning throughout the organization.

Participant Comments:
Ms.
Sullivan did a very effective time management training with our staff. The feedback from the staff members who participated was very positive; they
feel better organized and ready to tackle their jobs with individual goals.
From a management point of view, I was very impressed with the preparation
Andrea did. The discussions and assessments she did helped her target the
workshop and follow-up coaching for the best possible results. It was a
pleasure to work with her.

Andrea
developed and presented a conflict management workshop to the staff of the West
Chester Public Library. She spoke with me extensively in planning the
workshop to get a sense of what I felt was needed, and also surveyed the staff
before and after the workshop to assess their needs and, later, what they had
gained. Andrea’s approach to teaching conflict management skills was
both instructive and entertaining. She taught the skills in such a way
that staff members did not feel threatened and felt they had learned valuable
new information. Most are still using the skills Andrea taught them.
Andrea is concise and thorough in her work. She is willing to devote the
time necessary to make a project successful; indeed, to make any project an
excellent one. I am happy to recommend her.
